Skills groups are now available. Create and save a custom group of skills to use across reports in Analyst.

New “Regions” Section

New · July 14, 2020

There is a new “Regions” section on the home page. “Regions” replaces the previous “Demographics” section and includes all of the reports within “Demographics.” Along with also including the Economy Overview report, the “Regions” section boasts 3 new reports:

  • Regional Comparison – great for comparing regional, industry, and occupation metrics across a few regions.
  • IRS Migrations – track inbound and outbound migrations.
  • Community Indicators Map – contains social, demographic, housing, and economic data straight from the Census’ 5-year ACS data.

Active vs. New Job Postings

Developer, Improvement, New, Talent · June 13, 2020

Now in the Job Postings Table, you can compare newly posted job postings vs. all active job postings. To do this, go to the “Latest Unique Postings” section of columns and select the applicable columns within the “Active” and “Newly Posted” sub-sections.

This information makes it easy to differentiate which areas of the labor market (companies, occupations, etc.) are continuing to post new job postings, in comparison to those areas where there are active postings (still open), but few new job postings.

View Completions by Institution in the Program Table

New, New · May 8, 2020

We added “Program” and “Institution” tabs to the Program Table to put all of the completions data you need in one place. You can start by viewing completions for all programs on the “Program” tab, then once you add one or more programs to your filter, you can switch to the “Institution” tab to view all of the schools that offer that program.

View Job Posting Analytics by City

New, Talent · May 4, 2020

Now you can view Job Posting Analytics by city via a toggle on the setup page. This addition also applies to the Job Postings Table.
